HOMEMADE RICE FLOUR DOSA

INGREDIENTS 

150 GRAM RICE FLOUR
75 GRAM PLAIN FLOUR 
325 ML WATER 
1 LARGE EGG
1 1/2 TEA SPOONS SALT
1 1/2 TABLE SPOONS OIL

DESCRIPTION 

Mix the plain flour, rice flour along with the ,Oil, Egg, salt and required water and keep it aside for about 10 mins. 


Heat the tawa and pour 1 ladle of batter and spread evenly in the tawa and pour little oil and once one side of the dosa is cooked, turn it on the other side and cook it till the dosa. Remove the dosa from tawa and repeat the step for rest of the batter
Serve the rice flour dosa with chutney.
